Stephen, our Commercial specialist, is Head of Sports Law at JMW and has over 20 years’ experience. He has represented some of the biggest names in sport, acting for: talent, clubs, rights holders and media outlets, amongst others.
Stephen has also held high profile in-house positions, including: Racing UK, Leeds United Football Club and Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions. His multi-sport experience adds significant value to our Barn Door network.
In the commercial world, Stephen is regularly instructed to advise on: broadcasting and media agreements, sponsorship and image rights assignments, supply of goods and services agreements. He is always on hand to advise both our athletes and early stage businesses on their commercial negotiations and to facilitate introductions to his network.
Outside of the office, Stephen is a keen golfer and is always looking to reduce his already impressive 3 handicap. It’s either that or walks in the country with his two Airedale Terriers.
